Description: 'Rain Flower' is an interesting creation and said to be a mutation of the popular Aeonium 'Pink Witch'. Regardless of its parentage, we adore this new cultivar and it’s become a welcomed addition to our collection.
Overall, 'Rain Flower' is a pure green and white variegate with a lovely touch of soft pink on the older leaves. But it's in its form where its true beauty lies, developing a stunning bouquet of crinkled wavy rosettes.
With increased sun exposure the pink tones will darken slightly but this colour is otherwise contained to the outer potions of the older leaves, with the majority of the plant dominated by the lovely white and green variegation.
Plant Care: Plants offsets readily and will form a lovely bouquet of wavy rosettes within a short period of time. Easy to grow and maintain. Grow in moderate light away from the hot summer sun or the plants may burn.
Origins: Believed to be a mutation of Aeonium 'Pink Witch'.
Comments: Depending on the seller, this one is unfortunately also known by the names: 'River Stones', 'White Phoenix', 'Green Witch', 'Coloured Rain Winstorm' and 'Pebbles'.
Which name is correct? Only time and popularity will tell.
