Postage and Handling

Our last postage run BEFORE CHRISTMAS will be Monday the 16th December.

We are still open throughout the Xmas Holiday period and our next postage run will be Monday 30th of December. All orders placed between the 16th December and the 28th December will be posted on Monday the 30th December. 

Postage Costs: 

 All parcels are sent Express via Australia Post

  • Small Package up to 500g - $13.50
  • Medium Package 500g - 1kg - $17
  • Large Package 1kg - 2kg - $24 
  • Extra Large Package 2kg and over - $36

Postage is calculated at checkout before payment. A small package will hold approximately 8 small plants.

* Due to Australian Quarantine Laws we cannot post to WA, TAS & NT. 

Weekly Order Cut Offs & Dispatch 

Orders are posted each Monday (or Tuesday if the Monday is a Public Holiday)

  • Orders placed before 11am each Friday will be sent on the upcoming Monday.
  • Orders placed after 11am each Friday will be sent on the Monday the week after.

We are happy to combine orders, as long as they are within the same processing week. (11am Friday to 11am the following Friday)

Please let us know if you have made multiple orders within the one processing week, so we can send all your plants together and adjust any excess postage costs.

Cleaning & Packing

All plants are posted bare rooted. The plants are removed from their pots with most of the soil removed from around the root system. Once cleaned, the plants are allowed to dry for a day or two before packing to remove any excess moisture from around plants. Each plant is neatly wrapped in tissue paper then packed snuggly inside the box so they don't move around during transit. When your plants arrive, they may appear slightly limp, wrinkled or dehydrated and this is normal. Once repotted and settled in, your plants will rehydrate and look plump again.
