Boasting a stunning display in both winter and summer, we know you are going to love this one!
Throughout winter the rosettes display a lovely streaked palate of green, white and pink, which is contrasted beautifully by a deep purple leaf margin.
As the weather changes, the colours darken considerably to a dark red and purple, with all of the green and white portions being reduced to the middle of the rosette. The deep purple leaf margins remain persistent all year.
Although beautiful all year, we adore how it looks over the growing period where the lighter colours become almost luminescent.
Plant Care: Easy to grow and look after. As with a lot of variegated Aeoniums, over exposure to very hot conditions and sunlight may over darken the rosettes and hid all the beautiful colours for a short period. Grow in good light, avoiding the hot afternoon summer sun.
Origins: One of the many variegated forms of Aeonium 'Zwartkin' (also known as 'Short Black' here in Australia).
Comments: We have struggled to find an original name for this one other than Aeonium 'Zwarktin' Variegate. There are many different looking variegated forms of 'Zwartkin', so we feel it is inappropriate to simply just name it this as it will just add to the confusion.
As it has a very cosmic look to us, we have given it the name: Aeonium 'Nebula'
