Description: Aeonium davidbramwellii (Red Edge) is a beautiful form of A. davidbramwellii which can be found growing locally to the area of Puntallana on the Island La Palma.
This is a stand out and very impressive species developing a massive head to 60cm wide or more, which develops a very beautiful red edge along the leaf margins! This is a non-branching species and will only form a single head on a single stem.
Plant Care: This is a SUPER tough species and will handle full sun very well. Grow plants in a well drained, sunny location to bring out the best colours. Plants are best grown in the ground to really show their true size and potential.
Origins & Distribution: One of the many forms of Aeonium davidbramwellii which is found within the Canary Islands (La Palma) - Localized near the area of Puntallana.
Comments: We formally had this named as Aeonium puntallanense which was a provisional name given to this unpublished and not yet validated new species. This is now shown to be incorrect.
